Bella took a deep breath of clean, clear air. It hadn't rained for two days, and even though the previous day had been cloudy, today was bright, sunny, and only had one small, puffy white cloud hanging in the sky. The air was cleared of scents of dampness, for once, and she could smell the grass and trees and little animals all around. A little bunny jumped out in front of her. It looked at her with big unblinking brown eyes, and then just hopped away. Bella sighed. Things were so scared of you when you were a vampire... Today Bella wasn't really hunting. Actually she'd just gone the night before, by herself. But it was too sunny to go to school, so she just came out into the forest instead. She was wearing a baby blue tanktop and white shorts, her hair in a ponytail, out ofher face.
She walked through the forest, thinking about everything and nothing at the same time. It was funny with this mind how she could do that. She came to a clearing, watched a deer graze in the grass for a while before leaping away. Bella took its place in the middle of the clearing, and watched her skin dance to life, like millions of tiny diamonds sparking, sending the light spectrum off balance, setting everything on fire with its brilliant glare. And then she heard footsteps.

Alysa was riding her horse, Wild Fire across the stretching Forest. The Sun had been out and she didn't want to spend a sunny day couped up in a stupid school. Adjusting her hands on the reins. She touched her horses sides softly to make her go into a trot.
Sometimes she found the bouncing slightly annoying when it came to riding her horse yet over time she had learned to stick to the saddle. Especially after the fact her Dad told her he'd put super glue on her saddle.
As Wild Fire trotted across the green undergrowth on the forest floor Alysa sighed and began drifting off into her own thoughts.

Bella smelled the scent of human and... oddly enough, horse. She wrinkled up her nose a little bit, her throat burning with desire. Sure she'd just eaten, but the scent of human never stopped smelling tantalizing. However, this human smelled better to her than any she'd ever smelled. And that was bad. She closed her eyes and started breathing through her mouth, and then, just stopped breathing. Concentrate on not hurting the human, she chanted to herself over and over again. When she reopened her eyes, she had a little better control over her actions. She decided not to breath, just to be safe, and she decided DEFINITELY to get out of there. She could see the human girl now, with her horse. Her back was turned, but she was only about two yards away. Bella hopped up into the tree and studied the girl- watched everything she was doing.

Alysa smiled as she seen a small squirrel scurry up the tree out of the path of her horse. She continued on the small path before turning her horse. Just then Wild Fire stopped and stomped her hoof on the ground.
"What is it, girl?"
Alysa asked her horse as she patted Wild Fire's neck as she looked around for anything that might be spooking her horse. She didn't see anything though, but she knew Horses senses were far better than humans,
"Whats the matter, whats out there thats making you hesitate?"
